Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns of unused, unopened and undamaged wood wool products within 14 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items:

  • Opened or partially used wood wool
  • Custom-made or bulk orders
  • Sale items (unless damaged)

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
